We then see Guts and Casca’s reunion, and it is beautiful. Casca is finally able to see and recognize Guts, and the two share a touching moment. However, their reunion is cut short by the arrival of Griffith.
Griffith has not changed one bit, and he immediately goes on the offensive. Guts is able to hold his own against Griffith, but he is ultimately no match for the former Band of the Hawk leader. Just when it seems like Griffith is about to deal a fatal blow, Casca intervenes and protects Guts.
This prompts Griffith to finally reveal his true form, the monstrous being known as Femto. Femto proceeds to torture and rape Casca, all while Guts can do nothing but watch in horror.
The chapter ends with Guts vowing to kill Griffith, and Casca finally snapping out of her catatonic state.
Berserk chapter 370 is a heartbreaking and brutal chapter, but it is also a beautifully written one. It is clear that Miura is still at the top of his game, and that Berserk is still one of the best manga out there. I can’t wait to see what Miura has in store for us next!

This chapter was so good! I loved how Guts was able to completely dominate the entire group of enemies, and it was great to see him finally get some payback against them. I also loved how the other characters are starting to become more important, and we are getting to see more of their backstories.
The art in this chapter was amazing, as always. I especially loved the panel where Guts is standing in the middle of all the corpses, with the blood splattered all over him. It was a really powerful image.
I can’t wait to see what happens in the next chapter!
